Reference Charts post has tap of 3.00 x 0.30 mm and 2.5 x 0.25 mm for the tubes

I was ussing a M3x 0.35 without problems with gen tubes.

Which size are the ones on ebay and ofrei ?

Thread pitch is special to Polex crown tubes. The best option is to get a tap designed for the polex CT.

small tap is 2.50 x 0.25mm and the large tap is 3.00 x 0.30mm. At least for the Ofrei ones. The ebay ones should be the same, but read the fine print and ask questions.

Go with the Ofrei taps for Polex 6mm. No problems so far.

I've tapped about 20 cases with the set from eBay. I can recommend that one as well.
