Hi,

I just got my first rep, rolex submariner. Was actually disappointed bc the glide lock doesn't lock. It just keeps gliding.

So should I return the watch? I waited 2 weeks for it...

Vintage is more my thing, but if you are sure something is not working the way it is supposed to (& it is not pilot error), you should begin by asking the seller what you should do.

Sounds like the bp version of the ceramic 116610, right? Just get noob bracelet of a dealer, glue it tight or live with it like most of the bp owners ;)

It's a 116600 Black Submariner Swiss ETA 2836-2. Sorry to ask but since I'm quite new you'll have to explain. What's a noob bracelet

Were can I find this?

Noob is a term for the factory which once made the famous noobmariner.

I think all dealers can source the noob version.

I know for sure that Angus over at Puretime has it.

You mean do a t-shirt around the clasp an then tighten it up. Wont you bend the clasp ?
