Lock mechanism "pops" up on BP - AP 15400 ?

Just bought one of these in the sales forum, but the lock mechanism is absolutely hopeless, and pops up almost unprovoked (If i move my wrist)

 

Anyone knows how to fix, or where i can buy a better lock mechanism ?

Reading through threads in research of buying my own RO15400 I found that this is a common flaw when receiving the 15400 from TDs. Haven't read much about how to fix it but it is common, so your not a line and others should be able to help!

I have two, one from the first batch and one from the second (polished inner bezel)

.. Think the issue is limited to the first batch, sadly no idea how to fix - but you might be able to file down the lock?

Any advice would be appreciated.
