My UPO has stopped working - what next?

So, recently my UPO (2 years old) just stopped. No moisture that I can see and I have no reason to think it got wet. Feels like it should be winding when I turn the crown.

I have no experience with opening or repairing a watch. Watch repair places for reps seem very hard to find in Canada. What would you do?

- Sell it as is, of course disclosing the issue

- Save it for parts and buy another

- Open it up and try to look for an obvious issue

- Other

Thanks

There is very little risk in mailing the watch across the border into the US. Email  GKLONER@GMAIL.COM and set up an appointment for repair. He's been a trusted watch technician and lumer in the central midwestern USA for a few years now.
