asian clone or swiss eta?

Hi

I want to know when a TD offers me a watch with choice saying one is ASIAN COPY ETA and other is SWISS ETA does this  means the swiss eta is a genuine swiss made movement?

Yes, Swiss ETA usually is genuine movement, just beware where you buy

Also its worth mentioning that many Swiss ETA movements our TD's sell often have used parts, or a mixture of genuine swiss eta, and clone.

and one thing i dont understand that if a watch with swiss eta is say $400 and if i look at buying the movement only it is around $300-$500

why that??
