Help: problems with winding mech. and date change

Im having some issues with my Diver v3.5 with both winding and the date change. 

First of, the watch does not seem to wind as it does not start when Im winding the crown. The characteristic winding sound is present, but the seconds hand does not move. The watch runs when I give it a shake and wear the watch.

Second, when setting the time the date does not change at 12. The interval of the change can be anywhere from 24-36hrs. Sometimes it changes at 5-6am (or at least I think its after when its supposed to change), but frankly I have no idea whats what with this atm. Its very confusing and such a shame as this watch is indeed the most beautiful piece Ive owned. 
The date change mechanism on the crown works as it should.

Please, some advice would be appreciated. I have also made an enquiry to Domi asking if this is something he can adress.

Then at 30th. it just keeps on going several times before the date changes.

well you could move somewhere 5 hours behind your current time zone

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

or send it back to the dealer and ask him to fix it, v3.5 sounds like a new purchase anyhow
