Rovin Posted December 6, 2013 Report Share Posted December 6, 2013 Having a real pain of a time trying to source engraved rehaut model crystals and gaskets. I have a gen 36mm in bits, and Rolex will only supply if I send them the whole watch. But it has an engraved case ack and they will insist on replacing it. So it ain't going there. Also have a rep 42mm explorer, and need a crystal and gasket for that too. Does anyone have a contact that can help out? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
freddy333 Posted December 6, 2013 Report Share Posted December 6, 2013 Unless damaged (so it fails to seal the gasket), Rolex should not require you to replace a caseback, regardless of engravings.
