hewitttennis
Hey guys, Noobie here to the forums. Long story short, I had my bag (that was carrying a gen Sub LV that my parents had gotten me for a grad gift) stolen in Barcelona. To save my butt, I decided to try to replace it with a rep (poor college student atm... ). I heard good things about Kuvarsit (Alen was very easy to work with), so decided to take the plunge. I ordered this model (http://www.kuvarsit.com/index.php?dispatch=products.view&product_id=29830), and just got the QC pics today. It looks pretty good to me, but the most obvious thing was the 12 marker looks off-center (it protrudes past the 59 hash too much and doesn't protrude past the 1 hash at all). Is there anything else immediately obvious/things I should be aware of before I approve the QC pics (especially for a rep at this price pt)? Appreciate the help in advance! coolfire
Hi and welcome to RWG. First off, the things which are more obvious that the protruding edge of the 12 hour marker, are: - Wrong dial for a Sub LV, which is supposed to have maxi lume markers; - Wrong minute hand, also supposed to have the maxi hand; See KW's stock images and compare them with your QC pics. He seems to want to send you a 16610LN dial & handset, instead of a 16610LV.
hewitttennis
Thanks for responding - greatly appreciated I can't believe I missed something so obvious - glad I took the 5 minuets to make this account... Is there anything wrong with the body that I'm missing (besides the rather obvious maxi markers that I completely overlooked...whoops...). I'm not the watch aficionado that my dad is; just trying to make sure that he won't pick up that it's a rep from a casual glance when it's on my wrist haha Hi and welcome to RWG. dbane883
What does "cloned 3135 V2" mean? Just a redecorated Asian 2836/48?. Or does it have gen feet locations like the SA3135?

hewitttennis
Yeah, unfortunately, he doesn't have any LVs atm Have you tried to source a TC LV? Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
redxds
Keep an eye on the sales section. TC may not sell the LV again. Although it would be interesting if he could get his new dial maker on board. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
