Watch won't wind

With the crown unscrewed, push the crown inwards to ensure winding mode is set, you should feel the crown spring back, then turn the crown clockwise without pushing it in.  If it starts to strew down the crown, your stem maybe too short, or the crown is screwed onto the stem too much.

Yeah it starts screwing the crown tight. So I don't have any option but to send it back?

should be an auto anyway...no?

yes it is auto, but I need to wind it to let it keep charge otherwise it just stops after a few hours of leaving it alone.
