6now
I'm interested in building a 16710 GMT master II and a friend of mine wants to sell me his old marked gen dial with T<25 @6. Problem is the dial is not in its best condition but still usable. I've been searching but I don't know how much would be a reasonable offer for that? Also with the T<25 dial, is it correct for me to use a 702 crown? Thanks much for the help.
Lartamia
Gen Crown has the Ref. 24-603-0 and Tube is Ref. 24-5330 @Dial I bought this one for 250$, it's like new... Hope that helps Edited February 11, 2014 by Lartamia
Cats
Great catch for only 250$. Like to see the finished watch with this dial. Regards Cats Send with Sony Experia Z using Tapatalk Pro
Lartamia
Thanks! It will be a pleasure for me I also use other gen-parts (x-tal, crown/tube, insert) and a tc-bezel-assembley in a bk-16570-case for that build. 6now
Thanks Lartamia for the help. The dial he wants to sell me is older having T<25 @ 6 and in a much used up state. I'll ask for a lower price than your quote. Thanks again
superlative
My gen 16710 from 1993 has "SWISS - T <25" and it has the smaller crown. If that's not the 702, then no, you can't use a 702. Edited February 12, 2014 by superlative
