dbane883 Posted March 24, 2014 Report Share Posted March 24, 2014 Don't normally post here, but thought I'd show you kids the Mountain bike I built some time ago. 29er wheels. All carbon fibre. "Rep" frame, fork, and wheels. Buffed the original gloss sheen to matte. Everything else are "gen" parts . Goal was to get the build under 20lbs. It weighs in around 19 without the rear tool bag and pump. Went for a 1x9 configuration. SRAM XO shifter is superb. As are the Hope hydraulic disc brakes. Not easy getting colour coordinating parts. Only thing I need to replace is the rear derailleur as I could only find a black/blue one instead of black/red. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
