Look what I have seen some time ago on youtube* This is how most watchmaker work, I´ve seen also some Japanese watchmaker working with this "banal sheet of nylon" on current Grand Seiko´s. I personally place two sheets of these thin nylons over the dial, plus I cover all the tips of the hands remover (that may have direct contact with the hands) with small stripes of mask tape to be on the safer side. Despite this one has to be always very careful as scratches can be done very easy. You have done a splendid job on this build. Wear it often and in good health! I use a q tip lighty clean it. And it's. Scratched again. gen hands use white gold, way stronger by the way, I am struggling should I buy a tc v6 and sell this one. V6 have better crown guard. just don't know if its wroth it. Since my watch is water proof very well. Since tc stuff don't always come very well QC. and in my area there is not very much watchsmith who have skills to work on these watch. If I need to get it waterproof or exchange parts .
