jdkno Posted March 26, 2014 Report Posted March 26, 2014 I bought my UPO years ago when they first came out. At the time I think I paid around $200 or so for it as I opted for the cheapest movement option which I want to say was a 21j Asian. last night I opened it up and noticed the rotor says 25 Jewel on it. Upon further inspection I noticed the ETA clover looking stamp and what I think is 2824-2. I didn't have a magnifying glass handy to read it with certainty. I guess my question is did they ever put the ETA markings on the Asian clones or did I accidently get an ETA movement version. Any real way to tell?
Raddave Posted April 3, 2014 Report Posted April 3, 2014 Not all of the clones have ETA stampings on them, but quite a few do, some are surprizingly good too. If you post a pic with a close up of the balance area, itll be easier to tell.
