Where can I find a Cartier Santos 100?

Hey guys! I finally finished customizing my dress watch for formal occasions (rolex dd 18038), so now it's time to get something big and gaudy lol. Anybody know where I can find this?

There is a super replica of the Santos 100, but I do not know if it is still in production, and it certainly is not pave set in cz stones
