I Need A Spacer Ring For A 2824 To Fit In A 16013 Datejust

My 16013 franken project is going quite well regarding finding needed pieces. Up to day I have:

- Genuine Datejust 16013 case

- Genuine golden dial

- Genuine plastic crystal

- Genuine crown (I have two on the way so one could be sold  )

- ETA 2824-2 from Tourbillon (on the way)

- Aftermarket rolex/tudor hands (on the way)

- Jubilee TT solid 14k gold bracelet (on the way from 007 a RWI - nice trade)

- Datewheel with champagne background and vintage font --> UBIIIIIII!!!! save my life, please

What's missing? spacer ring to make the ETA 2824 lay down in the 16013 firmly. Some on¡f you said it is not strictly necessary since you can use screwed folders from movement to case... but just i case it doesn't work, I prefer to have a spacer ring ready...

Thanks in advance for your support, again

The spacer ring from mbw watches has the correct outer and inner dimensions. Or you could buy some of this tubing http://www.onlinemetals.com/merchant.cfm?p...mp;showunits=mm and cut a spacer ring out of it. The dimensions are almost perfect and should require very little modification other than cutting a notch for the stem. The diameter of the 2824 is 25.6mm and the inside diameter of a spare rolex case that I just measured is 28.57. I've been meaning to order some of this tubing and haven't ever gotten around to it.
