gioarmani
Supposedly guaranteed to 200m, comrades! Rotating bezel, thick domed crystal, double-lock crown, RUS2446 (?) movement. Have a look: Crack it open & have a look inside. "B", for "Vostok" ("Boctok", in cyrillic): Interesting how the case-back fits together; one piece? Nyet! Two pieces. Apply some silicon grease... Remove some links: Fits good now, da? "IF LOST, RETURN TO KREMLIN." Sorry about the fuzzy pics--hand held kitchen shots right after I got it. Excited enough to go out and get some treats from the Motherland. Dasvi Dosvidanja!
NRG
Nice one Gioarmani, I've a number of Vostoks and find them great value. Rugged and robust they seem to just keep running! The Amphibian is a great watch, a great daily beater IMHO.

PaleJames
Well the watch isn't quite my style, but I did like your usage of random Russian words! Are there any websites that sell Vostok which you recommend?
chrgod
Cool watch! It looks serious! Vostok and Poljot are "lot of bang for the bucks" On eBay you can buy vintage Soviet watches for almost nothing... Lots of rubbish, but some nice vintage military pieces.. Check out the "Sthurmanskie" Chronograps.. Issued to the USSR Airforce navigators. They use a Valjoux 7734 copy movement.
gioarmani
I'm probably selling this one, if anyone's interested.
