Legend Posted August 28, 2014 Author Report Posted August 28, 2014 What modd should I do for waterproofness? Grease the gaskets? if you send it to the modder and request for waterproofing, he will know what to do.
Jkay Posted August 28, 2014 Report Posted August 28, 2014 What modd should I do for waterproofness? Grease the gaskets? The QC from the factory is not very good. A gasket could even be completely missing, as far as you know. top quality diver/sport replicas are able to be waterproof but you have to check them.
rob6 Posted August 28, 2014 Report Posted August 28, 2014 Most of the dealers I ordered from also provided a free waterproofness check.
Jkay Posted August 28, 2014 Report Posted August 28, 2014 Most of the dealers I ordered from also provided a free waterproofness check. I have never seen any proof that this is actually done, or even done properly. Do they send you pics of the procedure?

I have already ordered it from Ryan, I will check it, but i read the JF V6 factory have better QC vs the Noob 5.1..

Well they include an image in the QC pics and in this case they also included a printed copy of the results from the tester. Edited August 29, 2014 by rob6 1

User35 Posted September 4, 2014 Report Posted September 4, 2014 Thank you for answers. I have already ordered it from Ryan, I will check it, but i read the JF V6 factory have better QC vs the Noob 5.1.. Construction is slightly better on J12 cases, but noob has better QC especially on date wheels from my buying experiences.
zsolie Posted September 10, 2014 Report Posted September 10, 2014 The J12 AP arrived, i check it and it's waterproof to min 50m, i think it's enought for me. It's possible to change the stainless steel beezel to a black ceramic one (example from forged carbon v3) ? It will fit? What parts need to be changed in additional? Thanks for the answers..
victorDSSD Posted September 21, 2014 Report Posted September 21, 2014 here is mine from Intime no mods needed for this Geourgeous watch Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
victorDSSD Posted September 27, 2014 Report Posted September 27, 2014 But I have caved(glad I did) and modded it via Domi AR (a must for an more amazing clarity hence look on the face of it)and LOW BEAT and WP(tested and passed 5 bar). He was awesome as I stopped by his place during my business trip and got it done in 1 hour. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk 1
