Considering Putting A 2893-2 In Andrew Exp Ii

I'm considering putting a 2893-2 in a Andrew (Trusty) Explorer II (hour-hand adjustable). I found from an earlier post that someone sells the needed hands at Ebay. http://cgi.ebay.com/WATCH-HANDS-FOR-MENS-G...1QQcmdZViewItem

My questions are:

1. are those hands at Ebay correct for Explorer II?

2. seems like the hand stack of 2893-2 is not like the gen's. Looks like GMT-Hour-Min-Sec instead of Hour-GMT-Min-Sec on the gen.

3. I can keep my crown and tube, right?
