help with gen submariner dials

Hi guys

 

I would like to buy a gen dial for 116610 project, I seen different gen dial, and found these two, the first one is for 16610, obviously it has the green lume, but my WM told me he could change it in to Rolex blue lume, price is around 500 €

 

the second is gen 116610 dial, but price is around 1000 €, my question is, are the same? which is the difference lume a part? the hour marker smaller on the 16610?

 

Can I get the ten 16610 and replace the hours marker with BP hour marker for eg?

Or it's a stupid stuff?

 

 

Any suggestion?

I can get the 16610 dials. Ive chaged the dots with an aftermarket  blue lume before, but only once, and it's been a long while.
