Not GMT.. tip of the sweep is too short for any modern sub or GMT that I am aware of. Definitely not ceramic sub hands

Are they black painted or is just the picture?

The sweeping hand is not correct for rolex

I only seen ones second hand like that in vintage 16610 sub

The tip suppose to be slightly thinner at the end

What color they glowing?

They don't glow. I fear these are rep hands. :(

I never did this as I never have to check authenticity of hands

But why don't you try a magnet

Gen hands made from white gold

The sweeping second hand is rep.  Gens taper to a tip at the end.

The minute and hour hands look like hands for a 1680/5513 cal 1570

I think you're right.  I'm now 95% sure they are 14270 hands with an WSO aftermarket sweep.
