Is this a gen 703 crown?

Hey Guys. Picked this up on ebay. I believe it to be gen and the seller had great feedback but when researching other 703 crowns, the coronet looks longer and the oval looks smaller or more "smooshed"

I think I read somewhere that the early 703 crowns had the taller Coronet. I'm interested on the experts here opinions.

Gen 703? What year would this correspond to?

I'm trying to build a period correct 2005 D series from my tc v6
