Those are pins with a sleeve in the ceramic link. I simply used a screw type pin pusher to ease the pin out. Place your pin tool on the side of the link with the "dimple". Center it in the middle of the "dimple" and apply pressure. You will see the other end of the pin, (inside the sleeved end) come out of the ceramic link. One of the easier ones to work with IMHO. I wouldn't use my pin tool and hammer because of my concern about cracking the ceramic. I am certainly no expert on this, but having acquired a watchmakers tool set, it makes most all of these kind of proceedures easy to complete. Hope this helps!
