My first reps from Watcharoo

I bought the ProHunter Submariner in 2012 after checking around and seeing loads of positive reviews for it and Watcharoo itself. Needless to say it was a risk, however not a considerably large amount of money (at least compared to other reps on here!)

I checked around on here after finding this forum, comparing the quality of the sub I bought against others on here. For the price I paid I would say it holds up really well; the movement although it's Asian is holding up better than a Gen I bought recently with an ETA movement. The rehaut, the lume, indices, cyclops and every other 'tell' is hard to tell if it is actually a fake.

I wore the watch as a beater for the best part of two years, it's extremely durable and has been worn well, for a rep it is extremely well built.

I also bought a Milgauss GV from Watcharoo, again before finding this forum, I've only worn it once or twice (it requires repolishing) and is an extremely nice watch, again with very small difference from the watches on here.

I'll be selling them soon to pay for a new rep from one of the TD's however I wanted to share this experience with Watcharoo.

Here's the pictures because I don't know how to upload or embed the pictures;

I purchased one of their O Skyfall reps, my only complaint is it was listed as a correct 42mm but the watch I received was 45mm extraordinarily built but not my personal size preference and far worse not the correct size. The lume is bright and single color blue, the bezel is a correct matte finish, dial decorations are very nicely done, weight is identical to gen., the band is tough, heavy and was easily sized to fit, it is just too big, also the crown was incorrect.

In the end it was an introduction to reps and I will likely loose it on to a friend and go for the noob LMPO as a replacement.

BTW the site is down now and supposedly closed forever. The most positive aspect of the sale was working with Nick, good guy I hope he makes it back into the market they offered a fine Deep Sea Dweller!
