Bezel Removal Smp Chrono?

i want to pull the bezel on my smp chrono but it's been stated that it's extremely difficult. so how is it done? it's very flimsy feeling and turns too freely not to mention the insert needs realligned.

I also got the same question. I actually cracked 2 fingernails trying to pull it apart with my fingers. I even tried it with a knife with padding and no luck.
