TC V6 Bezel removal problem

I wanted to replace the TC insert with a gen insert and I ran into a snag. By carefully popping off the bezel, the entire bezel assembly came off with it, including the crystal. What's the trick in removing only the bezel and insert?

Hehe. I did the exact same thing.

To remove just the bezel, just catch It on the edge of the bezel and pop it up.

I don't know what you used but I used a thin flat head between a polishing cloth and it did the trick.

Kinda worked out getting the crystal out as the dial had 2 pieces of lint on it and the gasket was dry as a bone.

Hope you have a crystal press to get the retaining ring back on tight
