paneristi_man
Hi This is more for those who are noobs, but after a number of years in this "game" most of the reps I owned had failed one way or another, and it's always quite difficult to find someone to fix it because most watchsmiths are reluctant to fix rep watches. So your options would either be: - sell the watch for parts - leave it in the box - fix it yourself, only an option if you know bit of watchmaking but most of the time not an option for the rest - send it back if still under warranty, not a great option but worth doing if watch is expensive - get local rep friendly watchsmith to fix Bear in mind most of rep watches have not been serviced and movements are dirty etc therefore likely to fail after you wear it a while. You might be lucky to get one that last but it all depends. So before you spend huge fortune on your watches, do some analysis of which option you can live with. Best option in my opinion is find the rep friendly watchsmith, then buy your watches. Just my 2 cents. p m

chronoluvvv
huge fortune and reps - aren't those mutually exclusive ? no but seriously i understand what seems like a fortune to some maybe a valet's tip to another so i guess it's safe to say that don't put any money in reps that you can't afford to lose
