Time precision in automatic movements

As said in previous threads i'm pretty green in this field so i ask you what i have to expect from automatic movements:

- how often will i adjust time?

- how many seconds per day will it lose (correct my english expression please)?

Please tell me what movement you're talk about as i presume there're differences beetween movements.

I'm particularly interested in

mechanical movements are not acurate, and this should not be an issue.

if you want acurate, buy a 5 dollar quartz... beats any prestige 100.000 USD+ mechanical watch any time of the day.

Not too techinical at all, no BS, lots of pictures and drawings and clear explinations on this stuff...

But as Slick said, if your looking for accuracy, mechanical watches are not for you...quartz is the way to go...
