Questions about rep PAM312

Hello,

I'm planning on buying my first rep, and I found that I really like the PAM312. I found two reps from different sites and I'm really unsure of which one is more reliable.

The first one is from pure-time:

And the second is from the Kuvarsit website, which I saw mentioned in another thread:

The one from pure-time worries me because:

It was modeled after a PAM329 apparently

I have heard very mixed opinions on the 7750 movement

 

The one from Kuvarsit worries me because:

I haven't heard much about the website, can it be trusted?

In the description of functions, it says Hours and Date, does that mean the subseconds hand doesn't work?

I'm also a little concerned about the movement.

 

My highest priority is getting a reliable watch that is functional. From the pictures, both watches look enough like the gen that I'm not too worried about accuracy of design, unless there's something really obvious that I'm missing.

 

Can anyone recommend to me which one is more reliable and trustworthy?

Also, just out of curiosity, can these movements be wound by turning the crown?

First and foremost that website for KW you have listed IS FAKE... DO NOT purchase from there.

Www.kuvarsit-watch.com is the real one.

Many do the trusted dealers sell their watches. They also make a a7750 312. There are arguments for both movements. I have both and have not had trouble with either. Both KW 312, st2555 351, and a a7750 388.

Parts and service is a little easier for the A7750

Yes the seconds hand moves. Lol

Both movements can be hand wound, but I would recommend just to start the watch after it has been dormant, then let the rotor take over.

IMO the KW versions have to "brown" font color. But the faux movement cover is quite nice verses PT version. You can't go wrong with either, BUT the st2555 versions are like $100 cheaper.

I am on 7750 movement as well. So far so good for 3 mths.
