is Trusty Time reliable?

I've brought 16 watches this year into the U.S. Not legal to sell them. Fine to own them. Customs really doesn't seem to care about a box with a watch or 3 in it.

Ryan from INTIME.CO is also VERY responsible and very fast with special orders or parts, or even e-mail responses....just rememder there is a 12 HOUR difference from US East Coast.

Trusty Time was great for me. I recently bought my first rep, and it was from Andrew, and everything went perfectly. He's a great guy, very helpful if you have questions, and answers emails fairly quickly from my experience. And you can pay by credit card without any issues I think

Yup all the above. Great guy, quick response and the after sales service is awesome. I always pay with credit card no issues here.
