Guest avitt Posted December 16, 2006 Report Share Posted December 16, 2006 I suggest you use the files for all of the shaping work, and only use the Dremel for final polishing. The biggest problem with the dremel is that you might end up with rounded inside corners (can't be avoided with a Dremel). There also the threat that you might take off too much material, too quickly. It doesn't really take that much time to shape by hand, and you'll have much more control. You can use a square or sharp-edged file for the inside corners, to keep then gen-like. Good luck. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

It's a slow process, but I feel it's better to take off a little at a time, vs. taking off too much material too fast.
