Inside this forum, I came across alot of mentioning about Lowu Commercial City and Luo Hu Shopping Centre. Can anyone please tell me if we are talking about the same place here or they are just different places. Anyone who had been there, please advise me a few tips of where to go (name of the place and which level) to look for good reps. Is it possible that you provide me a few tips exactly where to go (building name, level). It may be some years back for you to recall, please try.
