The finish is perfect and fits perfectly with gen 580 endlinks. Sure it's not period-correct and has solid mid links, but it also doesn't have the clangy chatter of hollow links. It's smooth as butter. The sides are polished, but can be easily satinized. Yes, I even like the clasp. It snaps closed very smoothly and finished extremely well. It's sterile but I don't care. I used to have a gen 93150 clasp but sold it recently. The best part is, I can bang it up on desks and door [censored]s without worrying. For everyday wear it's perfect (for me). Rather mark up a cheap rep than a $1500 gen 7206.
