If the TD's you have messaged say they can't get one, then they aren't being made anymore (or never were). All of them have access to the same watches for the most part. I don't recall ever seeing one offered, but I don't follow IWC that closely. There is the 42mm version (3227) that you should be able to find.

General and IWC looked like a reasonable net to throw, and doubt it caused anyone any grief. Place isn't that busy. The 42mm is 42mm unfortunately. One thread was probably enough for this question.
