Anyone know what these inserts are called (kind of a watch pillow)?

Need to find replacements to put in my watch winder. The original pillows were crap and I think these will work better - but I don't want to buy all the boxes too...

I saw all those acrylic and stand models on Ebay. The one I'm looking for is like a covered metal band that flexes - so I can adjust it to fit snugly in the winder. Everything else I've seen can't be re-shaped...
