ryaku Posted December 21, 2006 Report Posted December 21, 2006 Actually it's not a real repairing, just a cosmetic treatment. Dial looks very good and it shows some flaws (no real scratches) just in particular angles and light conditions. Can i get some improvements with rodico or something similar? Any tips? Thanks
chris5264 Posted December 21, 2006 Report Posted December 21, 2006 I would try cleaning the lum off with some rodico, and spray a light coat of matte varnish to the whole dial. This stuff changes the dial just a little bit, but it covers up marks and scratches perfectly.
ryaku Posted December 21, 2006 Author Report Posted December 21, 2006 Rodico sounds a good idea, and enough easy to do. A light coat of matte varnish to the whole dial seems quite risky treatment I wouldn't like to damage white writings. Thanks
