AP Offshore Navy

I love the AP Offshore Navy, but I have seen that exist two producers ot this, Noob and JF. In the pics is very difficult to know what is the best, and the price is so similar.

 

Is there an expert of AP that help me for my purchase, Noob or JF ? tHANKS FOR HELP

Noob since it's a newer version with the jewel or whatever it is in the middle as well as ceramic pushers.

Also JF has ceramic pushers , in your opinion are dial, hands , finiture eccc... best in noob ? Noob is more nice ? Thanks for answer
