Airking dial compatablilty

Gang, what is the dial compatibility of the 5500/1002 dials and the 14... series dials? It appears they are all 27mm but will a 14... series dial work in a 5500 case?

Not w/o cutting the dial feet.- Different movements, different dial feet locations.

Feet aren't an issue. Doing a poss mod with ETA movement. Just wanted to see if there would be any issues with the rehaut spacing if I wanted to use a later style dial. I think the cases are basically the same??

You should be fine then, as long as the movement fits in the case- it's not the width of the movement but the stem height relative to the case tube- needs to line up correctly.
