Dust on Dial or just the Camera view? Help

is this dust on the dial or is it just the lighting of the camer shot ?

Hi Mecko! It looks like a reflection from the camera.  Other than that the dial seems to have the expected sparkly shimmer. I can't see any issues with the pic, but I'm no YM-expert...
