What part of Florida does Vac work in?

Does anyone know what part of Florida Vac works/lives in?  I may have a project to see if he is interested in but was wondering what city he lives in.   Most likely, South Florida or Tampa, but I'm close to Vero on the East Coast.

 

And is he still active in mods?
