Blnr noob v2 dealer

I was wondering if someone could recommend a dealer that has the blnr v2 noob with updated silver markings bezel. Is it safe to use noobwatch.com ? Been a while since I bought a rep and want to make the right choice. 

Also is asian 2836 still the best movement choice for value for money?
