are these gen Omega dials ??

I am looking to add a gen dial to a rep aqua terra case.  An ebay seller is offering the following dials.  I have never seen the arabic numerals on a gen dial.  Do you think these are gen dials?

Looks like a fantasy dial

That was my thought.  The seller says he can guarentee they are genuine.  States they might have been a prototype run.  They dont look bad but they are being sold for a premium.

Hi, and I know a guy who has a bridge over in Brooklyn for sale:)

Taking the silver dial the logo looks crooked; marker at 9 is off , lume at 11 is off, marker at 3 is crooked, Nr. 12 looks misplaced
