Change hands of PAM 187 - 7753

I want to replace the hands of my 7753 PAM 187  with the hands of a 7750 PAM 187, because the hands of the 7750 have the correct color. Will these hands fit?

The better option is to get the watch relumed.  There are a few modders that can do a great job on the dial, hands and bezel dot to make them all look more gen.

I know, but I am not using the 7750 anymore so I thought why not swap these hands before I throw it away.
