gravity84 Posted March 24, 2016 Report Share Posted March 24, 2016 Hi all, first post in here. I have a Rolly Replica with a DG2813 in it. It was stopping every minute or so even when fully wound so I tried to take a look and the balance wheel was what was stopping. While trying to fix it i fubar'd the hair spring. Should I just replace the movement or replace the part? Maybe I should take it into an actual watchmaker, do they typically frown upon repairing replicas? Mendota Explorer Posted March 24, 2016 Report Share Posted March 24, 2016 You can get a new DG2813 - an actual clean, good quality 2813 movement for less than $30. The dirty, cheap versions that come in reps are not as good quality, from what I have read on the forums. Sent from my SM-G920F using Tapatalk Oh it is not that tricky Did it already 4/5 times. There is a little secret to know, than it's doable. The secret is to turn the click triangle 110 degrees so that it doesn't push against the gears. Then mount the bridge, then dotate back the click with a needle before to put back the balance wheel and bridge Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
