Had anyone experienced with Puretime shipment like me?

Hi, I am new to this forum but I am in this world for 2 years from Korea.

I currently moved to Australia for study and in Australia seems there are no TD's out there so I made first deal with Puretime as TD.

I've heard a lot of experienced from my mates or other forum in Korea so I made first purchased. 

Everything was good, QC was quick and they gave me an EMS shipment e-mail next day that I've accepted QC. 

However, some how Puretime gave me a 2 different EMS tracking number, but that was not the issue, cuz one has no info about the shipment. 

One that has information about the shipment keep repeating the same thing as shown below.

I've contact with Australia post and custom also, watch never been to Australia. That's what the Australia post and custom said.

Very strange as it shows it in the tracking.

Contact the dealer to ask him to check and arrange it again to you. Should be an easy task.

Thx for comments I did millions of times, they keep repeating the same sentence, watch is on your way, so be patient and wait, watch will show up with in few days or once EMS returns to us we will ship them again, that's what they saying. I've called Australia post last friday and they told me its strange, watch never ever been to Australia but showing their screen that China Ems dispatched on 26th 29th and 3rd, which that means china dispatched 3 times but never been in Australia yet. I've contact to Puretime shipment team and everything, I will just wait for this Tues and I may speak to Angus here.
