Co-axial 9300 decoration plate removal

I was trying to find tutorial what screws needs to open to remove the decoration plate from the  movement but I didn't find any. It seems that the movement can't be removed from the without removing the decoration or am I wrong? I have some dirt inside the crystal and would like to clean it. 

And does anyone know if the minute and fake hour counter hand on the chrone are fixed together or can the hour hand be turned to 12 position? Don't like it point 3 all the time

I think some one here knows how to remove the decoration plate? I don't dare to start trying to avoid messing up the whole movement

No need to remove the winding rotor.... But if that was your assessment, you probably shouldn't take this project on.

The crown release button is below the decoration plate and can't be pushed without removing the plate

Can you snap a pic with the rotor away from the stem detent area?

Strange. Normally they leave the hole for the stem removing pusher...

I'll send a better pic when I'm at home, I don't have now a tool to open the back

You are absolutely right! There is a tiny hole, one dent missing on top of the button  My old eyes didn't see that without magnifying glass
