Source for a short minute hand

I am trying to make a ranger that is very accurate. My only missing piece is a minute hand that is 10.5 - 11 mm long like in the pic below. Do you know where I can find one? A submariner one goes up to the chapter ring.

Thanks Bill, but I am looking for the minute hand, not the second hand. The Yuki second hand is better than the one in the link.
