bobandshawn Posted September 19, 2016 Report Share Posted September 19, 2016 (edited) Hi everyone, Many of you may have seen my post on the Yuki rivet bracelet elast links and how they were never gen like. Well, necessity is the mother of invention so I tried to figure out how to make it look more gen. I didn't want to take a chance of ruining the bracelet by grinding off the last links or taking apart the rivets - so I thought maybe a nice cover up. I had pieces and parts from leftover bracelets so I took two folded links and set out for the remodel. Below are some images. I basically just ground/sanded the folded links so they fit. ~B This was the original issue with the last link at the endlink. Two tube figure-eight style that were never gen in the wild. Donor folded end link from the bin. Starting to fold the end link. Finishing a more "snug" wrap in the vice. "Solid" last link on a 580, ready for the 5512. Mounted.
