Tudor movement question

I am planning to buy a vintage tudor movement 2483 being sold to me.. would like to know how difficult it is to find hands and stem that would fit..

Another thought, would it also fit a cartel case? Really need to know before taking the plunge, any info is much appreciated please

Iirc it is an ETA 2450 base and the hand sizes are the same as an ETA 2824/36 except the second hand on the 28xx is a hair bigger so it will probably work if you squeeze the tube down a little.
