Is There A Genuine Of This?

I saw this Piaget on paul's site today. I have always been a fan of Piaget and have my granfather's old Polo which is one of my favorite watches. I even have an old replica polo I keep in the box for display. I haven't been too much into piaget recently since all my watches have been 40mm or better. I love this bling and it is 40mm, but I can't wear a watch without a genuine counterpart. Has anyone seen one of these genuine? Anything close?

At second glance it is kind of ugly ain't it? Cmon you know you have bought a watch before only to get it home and say what the hell was I thinking?
