I have a Tudor 7962 in for service and was curious to find out some info on it but it's thrown up more questions than answers! So, the case and back is engraved 7962. Google tells me this should be an Oysterdate, which it is not. The movement is a Tudor 1156 manual wind, no problem there. Now this dial, resembles the characteristics of a Ranger dial.
